To make STAMP compatible with the new metabolic profile tables available in MG-RAST v3.0 follow these steps:

1. Download Media:createProfileDlg.zip. 2. Decompress the file. 3. Copy createProfileDlg.py into your STAMP/GUI directory. Let it overwrite the older version of this file.

You can now use the "Create profile" dialog to create STAMP profiles for multiple MG-RAST functional profiles. Note that this new version will ONLY work with MG-RAST v3.0 metabolic profiles. Please let us know if you have any difficulties. Once MG-RAST v3.0 becomes public, we will release a new 'official' version of STAMP.
