STAMP v1.08.1 patch

This patch provides improved support for converting MG-RAST v3.0 profiles into STAMP profiles. To apply the patch follow these steps:

  • Install STAMP v1.08 for Windows or OS X
  • Download CreateProfileDlg_patch.zip.
  • Decompress the file.
  • Copy createProfileDlg.py into your 'STAMP\library\GUI' folder. This is likely at C:\Program Files (x86)\STAMP\library\GUI if you are using Windows. If you are using OS X, you need to open the STAMP.app file and navigate to this folder.
