MG-RAST v3.0 metabolic profile update

To make STAMP compatible with the new metabolic profile tables available in MG-RAST v3.0 follow these steps:

  • Download createProfileDlg.zip.
  • Decompress the file.
  • Copy createProfileDlg.py into your STAMP/GUI directory.
  • Let it overwrite the older version of this file.

You can now use the "Create profile" dialog to create STAMP profiles from multiple MG-RAST metabolic tables. Note that this new version ONLY work with MG-RAST v3.0 metabolic tables. Please let us know if you have any difficulties. Once MG-RAST v3.0 becomes public, we will release a new 'official' version of STAMP.
