The following datasets were analyzed in Identifying biologically important differences between pairs of metagenomic communities (Parks et al., Bioinformatics, submitted):
- SEED profile for Soudin iron mine metagenomes (data originally described in Edwards et al., 2006)
- SEED profile for Candidatus Accumulibacter phosphatis (data originally described in Martín et al., 2006)
The User's guide makes use of the following dataset:
- Function profile for an obese and lean mouse microbiome (data originally described in Turnbaugh et al., 2006)
